Our Wedding Escort Tags are similar to Place Cards but function as a Table Seating Plan. They are printed with the guest name and table number/name, with the surnames in upper case so your guests can find their names easily.  You are best to display them alphabetically near the reception entrance for your guests to collect as they enter.  You can simply arrange them flat on a table, peg them on string, hang them from a manzanita tree or a floral display.  There are so many imaginative possibilities, you can tie them around small candles which can then double up as favours. Be as creative as you like!

The Escort Tags can be cost effective also as we can print a couple's names or a family on the one tag (as long as they are sitting at the same table of course!)

Once at the table your guests are directed to their actual seat by our matching place cards.  We also offer fab napkin wraps which can be printed with guest names which looks fantastic with our matching menus tucked inside.

Or if you want to keep costs down and are not fussed who sits where as long as they are at the correct table then you needn't bother with place name settings at all, just use the escort tags.

Twine option: The twine is available as an additional option, allowing you the choice of using your own ribbon.  We can adjust the length of our twine to accommodate your needs depending on what you will be tying the tag onto; just let us know.  The tag is provided with a small punched hole (do let us know if you would prefer it without).  

Guest Name option: You have the choice of the tags printed with your guest names or we can leave them blank at the top allowing you to handwrite the guest names at a later stage.

REQUEST SAMPLE(S)

Browse our collections to request up to 3 samples of our wedding invitations for a cost of £4.00 each with free delivery. The cost of your chosen sample will be refunded to any future order placed.  The personalised samples are made to order and created in your colour scheme with your names.  Please allow 5-10 working days.

 

CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS

We understand that the quantities for your 'on the day' stationery depend on the response from your invitations, you can order your invitations separately and order the 'on the day' stationery later.  However please note that we need to have the production time slotted into our diary so please let us know.  If you would prefer to order all the stationery at the same time to ensure you are in our diary we can take estimated quantities and you can confirm them later.  We always advise ordering extra invitations to cover guest list changes, handwriting errors or a keepsake.  If you do need to order extra we will produce them at the same rate as long as there are no changes.  Minimum order of 5 invitations.

 

SELECT PRODUCTS

Add the items and quantities you would like to the cart.  Most of our products have various options for you to select, you will see the price adjust to reflect this.  After submitting your order please note that you are not due payment at this point, once we have checked over your order we will email an invoice requesting payment.

If you are ordering info cards please email the wording to us.

 

COMPLETE CHECKOUT

Complete the checkout process on our website to confirm the items and quantities that you would like.   You will receive an automatic email confirmation.  If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.

 

PAYMENT

Once we have checked over your order and finalised any details with you we will then email an invoice requesting payment.  Once your payment is received your order is secure and proof production can commence.  If you would like to order your 'on the day' stationery at the same time as your invitation order ensuring your order is our diary we will request a 50% non-refundable deposit for those items.  The balance will be due at a later stage when those items are scheduled to go into production and exact quantities are confirmed.  

 

PROOFS SENT

Wording proofs will then be emailed to you so you can check the wording. We can only go to print once these have been approved.

 

COMPLETE ORDER

Production timescales are mainly 2-3 weeks after you have approved your proofs however we will let you know during busy periods if we think it is going to take longer.  We strongly advise you order your stationery 6 weeks before the date you would like to receive it.  Keep in mind you need to allow time for the process of the invoice to be sent and paid and then time for us to create the proofs for you to alter/approve.  This usually takes at least a week.  We cannot start creating your proofs until payment is received.  If your order is urgent please let us know as we always try our very best to accommodate.
